Todd Goldberg

Born and raised in Dallas, I established my firm to better serve my clients without saddling them with the costs and inefficiencies of a larger firm. I am licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in Texas, and I frequently represent both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes throughout Texas and the United States. For more than a decade, I have devoted my practice to obtaining favorable results in business litigation and family law matters, in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. My unique experience includes breach of contract cases, collection matters, construction defect litigation, securities and fiduciary matters, shareholder and insolvency litigation, and real estate disputes in numerous industries―as well as high-net worth divorce proceedings, complex property disputes, child custody matters, and child support disputes. In addition to my trial practice, I am often engaged to handle appeals and mandamus proceedings.
